** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS CANCELLATION TERMS HAVE CHANGED **

What If I Want To Cancel My Pre-book? (Un-redeemed Pre-book Tokens ONLY)

Now through May 30th, 2016 you will receive a refund of your Pre-book deposit minus a $50 administrative fee. 

Starting May 31st, 2016 the standard cancellation terms below will apply.

What If I Want To Cancel My Cabin?

  • All Deposits for Jam Cruise 15 are non-refundable.

If you cancel between May 3rd and July 17th, 2016 you will receive a 50% refund of any monies paid into your reservation beyond your non-refundable deposit and any add-ons purchased.

Beginning July 18th, 2016, Jam Cruise 15 becomes Non-Refundable. The Event encourages all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip!

How Do I Cancel My Reservation?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by completing a cancellation form. The date that the written notice of cancellation is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees. 

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Passenger with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.  

Because of the unique nature of our events, Jam Criuse 15, LLC has a very strict cancellation policy. The Event HIGHLY recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance. 

There will not be any refunds given for unused tickets, cancellations received after July 18th, 2016, for those who do not show up on time for the event, or for any other similar or dissimilar reasons once Jam Cruise 15 has begun.
